I just have to compliment your shipping department and FedEx. You shipped me 13 boxes (325 bulbs) of crystal clear light bulbs. When they arrived I went through each box and I found just four bulbs broken in four different boxes, and there were spares to cover them. That is amazing to me. We will be "all lit up" for my grandson's wedding.

Just wanted to share with you how we used your products we purchased for my sons high school graduation open house.
We used your E26 commercial grade light strings with S14 clear bulbs
We then ordered various sizes and color of your paper lanterns and hung them from chain. What an awesome display it turned out to be.

To whom do I owe a thanks to? I sent you a message on two (2) burnt out LED bulbs to just ask if there was a warranty on the bulbs a week ago, and just 6 days after I sent the message, I received four (4) replacement bulbs, (2 more than what I was going to claim) through a PRIORITY MAIL without any charge and without any questions. I am sure you knew you could use a regular mail, but you even paid for the priority mail to send them. This is just unexpected great customer service I ever received. I hope your customers know how committed you are in giving a great service, but they also should know that you give truly a FANTASTIC AFTER SERVICE CARE.

First of all I’m very impressed that you took the time to email me on your day off from home. Anyone can sell something but so few will do the little, but important things to be successful. You won’t believe this but after I left home yesterday my package was delivered I found it this morning at my front door so everything is good.
