Methods of Payment

We genuinely want your shopping experience to be great and strive to make ordering and paying fast, convenient, and safe for our customers.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards.  To provide credit card security and to keep your personal information safe, we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.  This is the most widely used data encryption system. All of your information is encrypted (scrambled) prior to being sent over the Internet to our system.

If you are not comfortable ordering online we are happy to take your order by phone at (610) 608-3782. 

When sending checks in the mail please allow up to 2 days for processing.

Shipping Information

At Hometown Evolution we understand it is important that you receive your order in a timely fashion. All orders are shipped out within      two days via Priority Mail or Fed Ex Ground. Shipping Cost is a Flat Rate of just $6 per order regardless of weight or size. All orders over $75 receive Free Shipping!

In general small orders are shipped by Priority Mail (2-3 days delivery), and large orders are shipped by Fed Ex Ground (1-5 days delivery). Orders are shipped out from West Chester, PA 19382.

We also offer Express Shipping options at checkout.  Express orders are processed and shipped out within 1 day.

Privacy Policy

Any information received about you through our shopping cart or by e-mail or phone is strictly confidential. This information is for in-house use only and will never be sold, rented or shared with any other company or person. Period.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are not happy with your purchase we offer a 10 day no questions asked return policy on all items. Returns can be exchanged or fully refunded. Customer is responsible for the return shipping fee as well as the originating shipping fee.
