Methods of Payment

We genuinely want your shopping experience to be great and strive to make ordering and paying fast, convenient, and safe for our customers.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Cards over a 128-Bit Secure Server.

We also accept orders via Phone, Fax, e-mail, or Mail.

When sending checks in the mail please allow up to 7 days for processing.

Shipping Information

At Hometown Evolution we understand it is important that you receive your order in a timely fashion. All orders are shipped out within just 2 days via Priority Mail or Fed Ex Ground. Shipping Cost is a Flat Rate of just $6 per order regardless of weight or size. All orders over $60 receive Free Shipping!

In general small orders are shipped by Priority Mail (2-3 days delivery), and larger orders are shipped by Fed Ex Ground (1-5 days delivery). All orders are shipped out from West Chester, PA 19382.

We also offer Express Shipping options at checkout.  Express orders are processed and shipped out within 1 day.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are not happy with your purchase we offer a 10 day no questions asked return policy on all items.
Returns can be exchanged or fully refunded. Customer is responsible for the return shipping fee as well as the originating shipping fee.

To return an item please send us an e-mail at sales@hometownevolution.com within 10 days of receiving the item explaining your concern.
